Hello! I'm Tracy Wernet, the proud owner and head trainer at Bee Fit Studio LLC. As a certified personal trainer, USA Powerlifting coach, and USA Level 1 Certified Olympic Lifting Coach, I bring years of experience and a deep passion for helping people of all ages achieve their fitness goals.
I specialize in working with female powerlifting athletes, and as a successful USA Powerlifting coach with multiple state and regional titles and records under my direction, I’ve helped athletes ranging from 12 to 72 years old reach their peak performance. I’m committed to providing personalized coaching that empowers women to break barriers, build strength, and achieve their full potential in the gym.
In addition to my background in powerlifting, I believe in the power of diverse training methods. At Bee Fit, we blend strength training, mobility work, functional fitness, and more to provide a well-rounded, individualized programtailored to your goals.
