Bee Fit offers different levels of coaching support depending on your goals, confidence level, experience, injuries, accountability needs, and desired level of personalization. We don’t just count reps or deliver workouts. We assess. We adapt. We partner with you on the real-life challenges—whether that means beating a lifting PR or recovering post-surgery strength. Our staff has experience and training in a variety of fitness styles so we can always bring you the best coaching options.
 
Our Strength Training and Private Coaching Options include:
 
🐝 Bee Strong: 6–7 weeks of strength training and coaching done in a small-group format in the weight room.
 
🐝 Semi-Private / Shared Coaching Clients: A shared coaching hour with individual coaching, adjustments, accountability, and Trainerize support.
 
🐝1:1 Personal Training: A deeper level of individualized coaching and support completely customized to your needs and goals. 
 
🐝 Hybrid Coaching (Remote): Flexible coaching with programming, accountability, Trainerize communication, and remote guidance for clients with home gyms.
 
🐝 Performance Nutrition Coaching: Private coaching to best fuel your strength and form healthy, consistent habits.
 
🐝 Youth Strength / Powerlifting Team: Strength development and movement coaching for younger athletes with the option to compete.
 
🐝 USAPL Coaching / Programming: Competition coaching and programming review for adult athletes.

🐝 Specialized Strength and Skills Workshops: A variety of classes including self-defense training for small groups, postpartum recovery sessions, and more. Available by request.

Group Weight Training: Bee Strong

Pure strength training and coaching done in a small-group format that progresses individually while still following a specific training day/time each week. Perfect for those wanting to learn how to train, receive direct coach feedback, and build confidence in the weight room.

Specialized Coaching and Support

Semi-Private / Shared Coaching Sessions

Clients train during a shared coaching hour but still receive individualized programming, assessment, coaching adjustments, accountability, and Trainerize support. Perfect for those who want the support and energy of a group environment while still needing more individualized attention than a traditional class setting.

1:1 Personal Training

A deeper level of individualized coaching and support. Ideal for those new to fitness, those wanting a more focused/private training environment, or those navigating injuries, surgeries, mobility limitations, confidence concerns, or life challenges. This is often where we help problem-solve movement limitations and bridge the gap between physical therapy and real-life function.

Hybrid Coaching (Remote)

Flexible coaching support combining programming, accountability, Trainerize communication, and remote guidance. Great for clients with home gyms, busy schedules, or those wanting a coach’s eye on training form, execution, and progression without always training in person.

Performance Nutrition

When your nutrition matches your training… your body finally responds. If you’re tired of guessing what to eat, stuck in “working hard but not moving forward” mode, and want results that actually show up… … then keep reading! Let’s talk fuel strategy for performance—not dieting or restriction.

Limited Workshops & Events

Bee Fit offers Specialized Strength and skills workshops, including summer camps for kids, CPR classes, self-defense training for small groups, postpartum recovery sessions, and more. Many of these classes have limited space and have a specific run-time ranging from one session to several weeks. Introducing Barbells and Bottles (COMING THIS FALL)

Find your New Mom Strength at Bee Fit Studio and connect with something rare these days—a real, in-person community. Barbells and Bottles is our custom program designed for new moms of babies 3 months to one year old. Come try a “Mommy and Me” program like you’ve never experienced before. All movements are programmed with postpartum bodies in mind. Our class is 100% coached by moms who understand how hard it is to prioritize your needs while learning how to take care of a new baby. Don’t make your return to strength a solo journey. Whether you’re a newbie to the gym or are just getting back on your feet after maternity leave, we are here to coach you—and baby, too!
