You’ll move between the barre and floor, using varied tempos and ranges of motion to target every muscle. Expect to build strength, improve balance, and boost flexibility—all while sculpting lean, defined muscles.

What to expect:

Example sequence: A banded bird dog that slowly evolved into a lateral hip opener. From extension → to mid-range tension → to core compression → to frontal plane stability. This works:
