Our 60-minute Barre Fusion blends the grace of ballet, the flow of yoga, and the core focus of pilates—with a Bee Fit twist. Certified through Barre Above®, we take it further by adding TRX straps, BOSU balls, Olympic weight plates, foam rollers, and resistance bands to keep every workout dynamic, challenging, and never repetitive.
 

Are you bored by one-size-fits-all workouts? Barre tools and exercises are consistently varied to keep your mind & body in shape.

You’ll move between the barre and floor, using varied tempos and ranges of motion to target every muscle. Expect to build strength, improve balance, and boost flexibility—all while sculpting lean, defined muscles.

What to expect:

Example sequence: A banded bird dog that slowly evolved into a lateral hip opener. From extension → to mid-range tension → to core compression → to frontal plane stability. This works: ✅ Glute stability ✅ Anti-rotation core strength ✅ Hip control ✅ Balance that holds up in real life.
