No two workouts are ever the same in Bee Fit Bootcamp. This high-energy class mixes partner drills, circuits, and intense formats like AMRAP, Tabata, EMOM, and Ladders to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged.

We use it all—TRX, kettlebells, plyo boxes, medicine balls, agility ladders, and more—to deliver a full-body workout that’s as unpredictable as it is effective.
