FOYO Flow combines functional yoga, mobility work, and strength training using kettlebells, resistance bands, and foam rollers for a low-impact, full-body workout that adapts to every fitness level.

Can’t get on the floor? No problem—we modify using foam plyo boxes so you get all the benefits, zero stress.
