Kickboxing at Bee Fit Studio isn’t just a workout—it’s your outlet. This dynamic class is designed to boost cardio, build strength, and relieve stress, all while giving you the freedom to tailor each session to your body and goals.

Coach Tracy breaks the morning class into four high-energy sections that combine:
🥊 Bag Work – Simple, effective punch and kick combos on the heavy bag (or shadow boxing—your choice!) to fire up your cardio and let off steam.
💪 Strength & Conditioning – Trainer-led drills using ropes, medicine balls, ladders, and circuits like AMRAPs and EMOMs to build muscle, balance, and endurance.

Whether you’re hitting the bag or choosing low-impact shadow boxing, every class is adaptable—perfect for protecting knees, shoulders, or wrists while still getting that empowering sweat session.

Leave class feeling stronger, confident, and stress-free—because nothing beats the combo of fitness and fun.

The evening class is a fierce blend of:

What to expect:

🐝 45 minutes of punching "therapy"
🐝 High energy, dynamic movements
🐝 Blend of cardio and strength with minimal stoppage time to keep the blood pumping
🐝 Music to clear your mind and release pressure

Equipment:

The studio provides weighted boxing gloves, but please feel free to bring your favorite pair from home.
