Eligibility: Postpartum moms with medical clearance
Babies aged 3–12 months
Barbells & Bottles is intentionally small — just 6–8 moms total — so we can provide the coaching, space, and flexibility postpartum bodies deserve. Once it’s full, it closes.
This isn’t “bounce back” training. It’s strength rebuilt with respect for changing bodies.
What to expect:
🐝 30 minutes of strength training with extra time for village building
🐝 Moves safe for postpartum recovery
🐝 A relaxing space with the best vibes for making new mom friends and bonding with your baby
🐝 Babies in the room and possibly incorporated into the movement (ex. Baby-weighted squats)
🐝 Real-life interruptions (diaper changes and all)
🐝 Progressions are thoughtful and modifications are provided if needed
🐝 Coaching is personal.
