High Intensity Interval Training

An EXPRESS designed to test strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.  Utilizing different styles of high intensity interval or metabolic conditioning training into an efficient 30 MIN class.

AMPD Unplugged

Low impact kettlebell class designed for anyone looking to gently get back into fitness, ideal for seniors or those who need modification due to recovery from injury, or those needing to keep the heart rate low.  The entire class is done without getting onto the floor.  It can be done seated in a chair or standing.  Our focus is strengthening the body through basic resistance moves utilizing a light weight kettlebell.

Barre Pilates Yoga

Barre

This full body workout fuses traditional ballet, yoga, & pilates,  moves into a very effective session that will give you all the feels in your muscles. We focus on working muscles through various ranges of motion and tempo's to give you lean defined and strong muscles head to toe.  The class is taught both on the barre and center floor, we utilize everything from bodyweight, to gliding discs, to pilates rings and more to keep your body guessing.

Do you love music, love to dance, love to move!  This class is designed for you!  Pure fun with no dance experience needed our goal is to get you moving, smiling and forgetting that you are exercising.

Take your strength to the next level by introducing Kettlebells into your training, this class is designed to give you a full body cardio and strength workout that is completely scalable to each persons strengths and needs.

Kettlebell - Boxing - Kickboxing

Kettlebell Kickboxing

Combining strength training with heavy bag and kickboxing moves this class will challenge your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.   Boxing gloves are recommended for heavy bag work in this class.

Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting & Small Group Training

Olympic Weightlifting Workshops

Small group training designed to take clients through a full body weightlifting program lasting 6-8 weeks.  Class sizing is limited to 10 participants to ensure individualized attention.  This self paced program focuses on the 3 primary olympic lifts (squat, deadlift, and bench press).  Looking for a program that will leave you feeling strong and empowered this is it!

Yoga Fusion

PowerFlow Shred

This class fuses principles of yoga, balance, strength, and low impact interval training to give you a unique workout.  All work is done from a yoga mat utilizing a kettlebell, flat resistance band.  It will test your balance, strength, and endurance.

Mobility Relaxation & Yoga

Slow Flow Candlelight Yoga

Just Breathe - this class focuses on gently moving your body through traditional yoga sequencing.  Mindfully relaxing and elongating tired muscles while tuning out the world around you, 

Light blankets are suggested for the meditation portion of this class.

Tabata GX / Bootcamp

Cardio conditioning and strength based class that utilizes everything from battle ropes, to sleds, to plio boxes and weights to challenge you.  Each workout is unique and designed to keep your body guessing.
