Low impact kettlebell class designed for anyone looking to gently get back into fitness, ideal for seniors or those who need modification due to recovery from injury, or those needing to keep the heart rate low. The entire class is done without getting onto the floor. It can be done seated in a chair or standing. Our focus is strengthening the body through basic resistance moves utilizing a light weight kettlebell.
40 MIN Class
This full body workout fuses traditional ballet, yoga, & pilates, moves into a very effective session that will give you all the feels in your muscles. We focus on working muscles through various ranges of motion and tempo's to give you lean defined and strong muscles head to toe. The class is taught both on the barre and center floor, we utilize everything from bodyweight, to gliding discs, to pilates rings and more to keep your body guessing.

Combining strength training with heavy bag and kickboxing moves this class will challenge your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Boxing gloves are recommended for heavy bag work in this class.

Small group training designed to take clients through a full body weightlifting program lasting 6-8 weeks. Class sizing is limited to 10 participants to ensure individualized attention. This self paced program focuses on the 3 primary power lifts (squat, deadlift, and bench press). Looking for a program that will leave you feeling strong and empowered this is it!
This class fuses principles of yoga, balance, strength, and low impact interval training to give you a unique workout. All work is done from a yoga mat utilizing a kettlebell, flat resistance band. It will test your balance, strength, and endurance.

Campers will participate in various activities and games aimed at building self confidence in individual strengths while also stressing the importance of team play.
