Small Group Fitness Class for Postpartum Moms and Babies.

Join Coach Caitlyn for a 6-week workshop for postpartum moms and babies (up to 12 months) at Bee Fit Studio.
 
This program is capped at just 6–8 moms total so we can provide the level of coaching, attention, and support postpartum bodies deserve. With babies in the room, this is a full class — and spots will go fast.
🗓 Starts: Monday, February 2
⏰ Time: 9:30–10:30 AM
👶 Babies welcome: 3–12 months
💲 Investment: $175 for 6 weeks

Babies may be incorporated into movement when appropriate and safe, with time intentionally built in for feeding and diaper changes. Childcare is not provided — moms are responsible for baby care at all times. The focus stays on new-mama strength, recovery, and confidence.
